KyberBOX provides hosting services including but not limited to:

• Docker container hosting
• Plex media server hosting
• Streaming addon hosting
• Self-hosted indexer instances
• Web hosting services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your contact information remains up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Engage in unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications
• Host or distribute illegal content
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
• Conduct DDoS attacks or other malicious network activities
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase based on your location.

We offer the following refund policy:

• New customers may request a refund within 7 days of initial purchase
• Refunds are not available for services already rendered or custom configurations
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds
• Refund requests must be submitted via our support channels

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all Services. Our SLA includes:

• 99.9% network uptime guarantee
• Scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice
• Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds

The SLA does not cover downtime caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our Services. We do not access, monitor, or share your data except as required by law or to provide the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we provide backup services, we are not liable for data loss.

The KyberBOX name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of KyberBOX. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You retain all rights to your content and data. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyberBOX shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Service interruptions or failures beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KyberBOX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or distribute through our Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for Terms violations
• We may terminate your account with 30 days notice for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination. We may delete your data 30 days after account termination.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email notification to your registered address
• Displaying a notice in your account dashboard

Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
